How we deal with concerns and complaints
From our Complaints and Compliments policy:
- Talk to us. Your child’s key person, a room leader or a senior member of staff, then the manager.
- In writing. If it isn’t resolved, a formal complaint to the manager, who investigates and reports back to you within 7 to 28 working days.
- A meeting with the manager and a senior member of staff, with a record of what was agreed.
- Ofsted. You can contact Ofsted at any stage: 0300 123 4666, enquiries@ofsted.gov.uk.
